Vision

The vision of the Oshie Cultural and Development Association USA (OCA USA) is to build a united, organized, and culturally grounded Oshie diaspora community in the United States that is empowered to collaborate, lead, and contribute meaningfully to sustainable development. OCA USA envisions a strong association where members are connected by shared values, guided by transparent leadership, and committed to preserving cultural identity while responsibly supporting progress and development initiatives.

Mission

The mission of the Oshie Cultural and Development Association USA (OCA USA) is to unite Oshie sons and daughters in the United States and Canada, preserve and promote Oshie cultural identity, and provide an organized platform for collaboration, leadership, and community support. OCA USA is committed to fostering unity among its members, encouraging civic responsibility, supporting education and development-oriented initiatives, and maintaining strong cultural ties that connect the diaspora to its roots. Through structured leadership, transparent governance, and collective participation, the association works to strengthen community bonds and contribute positively to sustainable development efforts.
